Our story
TOGOLAISES IN SCIENCE was born from the desire to strengthen and promote the participation of Togolese women in the STEM field.
Our main mission is to create a reference platform bringing together all Togolese women, in Togo and in the diaspora, working in STEM in order to develop a network of experts. This is to inspire and equip the new generation of young girls and women in Togo to dare to pursue studies and careers in these sectors, thus helping to reduce gender disparities.
TOGOLAISES IN SCIENCE is also the first chapter of AFRICAINES IN TECH, an ambitious pan-African initiative that aims to connect women in science and technology across Africa.
